Reheating Instructions

Our Signature Short Ribs are vacuum sealed to lock in flavor and freshness.  Reheat them directly in the bag.

  1. Drop in a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes (40 minutes if frozen). We are bringing the Short Ribs back to 140 degrees at the center, for the perfect taste to enjoy your meal.
  2. If adding our Signature Vegetables, add for the final 5 minutes of reheating.
  3. Items will be hot, handle with care.
  4. Cut the bag open to serve.
